In Remembrance - Mr. Gladnick

Just recently heard from an old school friend, that Mr. Gladnick has passed away, at age 85.  Just thought I would mention it.

I have fond memories of Mr. Gladnick.  He was a fair teacher, and loved sharing what he knew with his students.

Uncle Leo, as some of us knew him after hours, was the quintessential teacher - and we nearly didn't get him.  It seems that before teaching, he worked on the Reading Railroad as a Conductor - and teaching required a step down in pay.  We had a few laughs as the years went by - I tried every year or two to take a day trip to Hatboro, and on many of those trips stopped in to visit with him.  The teaching profession is poorer for his passing.
